Germany developed milk clothes

In the average person's mind, milk can be used to make masks, but it is not known that milk can be made into clothes. Milk is not only good for health, but also can prevent skin sensitivity and support environmental protection. According to reports, a young German designer Dormaski developed an environmentally friendly textile material made entirely of milk, such as silk and cotton yarn. Milk-based garments are scheduled to be produced on a large scale next year. Several companies have expressed interest in ordering and hope that new products will bring new changes to the apparel industry and open up new markets.

The 28-year-old designer Domaschi won the prize in the German Textile Research Association with the design of a milk garment. The president of the association, Jensen, said that garments currently rely heavily on natural resources such as by-products of petroleum or water, and consume thousands of gallons to make a small quantity of cotton cloth. “All petroleum-based products are limited, and large quantities of land, water, etc. like cotton cloth are needed. Chemicals are even more limited, so future fiber and textile production patterns must change."

High cost of 170 yuan per kilogram

Domaschi said that the concept of milk-based clothing came from his stepfather who had cancer. He suffers from severe skin sensitization when he is undergoing treatment, and even suffers from ordinary clothes. This inspired her to develop all-natural and non-allergic fiber materials. She said that milk-based fibers had emerged as early as the 1930s, but most used an excess of acrylic acid, and she hoped to make completely organic fibers.

After two years of continuous experimentation, Domaskey's laboratory team reduced the milk to protein powder, which was then boiled and compressed into a fiber that can be woven into fibers. She admits that the cost of this fiber is higher than that of organic cotton yarn, and 20 euros (about 170 yuan) can only produce 1 kilogram. It is only hoped that the manufacturer can reduce the transportation cost and the overall price.

Automobile manufacturers are also interested

Domarsky currently only applies the product to its own brand production online. There are car manufacturers looking at the potential for use as seat covers for Qiao Lian. Some service companies are also interested in custom-made anti-allergic materials to make hotels and sleep beds. Janssen said that the German textile industry needs to develop creative products in order to survive the fierce competition. Domasksky's research is expected to expand into different industries and create a wide range of new products.

Compressed Gas Accululators use a gas such as nitrogen usually include separate fluid and gas compartments. The fluid section connects to the hydraulic circuit so that as pressure rises, fluid enters The Accumulator and the gas is compressed. As pressure falls, the compressed gas expands and forces the stored fluid back into the system.
Spring-loaded hydraulic accumulators are small, lightweight devices that are suitable for mobile applications with low volumes and pressures below 500 psi.
Hydraulic accumulators use a bellows as a spring cushion.
Raised mass or weight-loaded devices often use concrete discs loaded onto an oversized piston. Typically, these units are found in high-demand  applications such as steel mills.
