The main unqualified items were: fiber content (involving 6 batches) and color fastness to water (involving 1 batch).
According to reports, the fiber content is unqualified, misleading consumers and fraudulent behavior, affecting the consumer's purchase purpose and the comfort of the product; the clothing with poor water color fastness not only affects the wearing and beauty, It may also cause harm to the human body. The main reasons for the failure are:
1. The main reason for the unqualified fiber content is that the purchase of fabrics by enterprises is not strict, and the fabric purchase inspection system has not been implemented, so that the sub-filled fabrics are put into production;
2. Enterprises deliberately purchase quality fabrics to reduce costs, and shoddy;
3. The main reason for the unsatisfactory water color fastness is the floating color on the cloth surface and the transfer of some colored fiber particles.
